In September 2025, the silence on-site was replaced by the sound of heavy machinery. We officially began construction on The Carnelian.
We are thrilled to announce that as of January 2026, we have successfully completed 275 piles. We are now moving into the pile cap stage, creating the reinforced concrete “boots” that will support the soaring heights of The Carnelian. After years of battling the elements, we aren’t just building on land; we are building on a foundation of proven persistence.
