Keji Giwa is a serial entrepreneur with key interests and expertise in real estate, high-yield short let rentals, digital technology strategy, and execution to drive growth in Africa’s real estate sector. He founded Digital Landlords in 2017, a digital real estate platform that focuses on monetization of real estate using technology in Sub-Saharan Africa – and Shortlethomes, the leading short-let & vacation rental platform. Today, Keji is working on bringing Nigeria to the forefront of local and international tourism using iconic real estate developments and technology.

Daniel is the Founder & CEO of Medela Health Ltd which operates UK luxury care homes. He has co-founded other businesses with Keji. Daniel is an experienced C-Suite Finance and Management Executive with a demonstrated history of working in Healthcare, Digital Technology, Advisory Services and Management Consultancy, both at start-up and multinational company level. Daniel is highly skilled in business acquisitions, development and operations, integration and turnaround as well as investor relationship management. He is an experienced Chartered Accountant (FCCA, CGMA & ACMA) with an entrepreneurial track record.

A qualified Chartered accountant with several years of executive-level experience spanning finance, audit, internal control, and compliance within ICT infrastructure, Payment services sectors, and now real estate.  She became an independent financial management consultant specializing in Governance, Risk and Compliance management, and financial audits. She currently ensures that DLNL remains compliant in the management of all portfolios.

A highly qualified and seasoned legal professional with Master of Laws degrees in Information Technology Law and Corporate and Commercial Law. Dale’s interests lie in Corporate and Commercial law, Oil and Gas, and IT law. He has advised on complex commercial transactions in the capital markets, Oil and Gas transactions, Project finance, syndicated lending, joint venture agreements, mergers, and acquisitions, etc. He has also been actively involved in commercial litigation on behalf of Clients.
